Stage 1 - Consultation & planning
At the beginning of your design journey, we will meet with you to discuss your project. During this stage we will talk through your vision, feasibility, time frame and budget before moving to a conceptual design.
Stage 2 - Initial concept
We will layout a floor plan, site design, elevations and look of your project. During this stage you can make changes to your vision before you give us the “go ahead” to proceed with a developed design.
Stage 3 - Develop design
The designs provided in this stage will help you to find the right builder for your project if you have not already engaged one, and will identify if external consultants are needed.
Stage 4 - Building consent
The completed drawings include everything needed for us to submit them to the relevant Council to obtain building consent. Once approved by Council, the drawings will be used to guide the building process on site.
